Along the way, I’ve honed my expertise in menu development, innovative plating, and managing seamless kitchen operations.

I have since transitioned out of the traditional restaurant setting to pursue my own private chef and corporate catering business. This shift has allowed me to focus on providing personalised dining experiences and tailored catering services that go beyond what is possible in a restaurant. Over the last few months, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients, ranging from families seeking intimate, bespoke meals to single individuals craving a tailored culinary experience, as well as companies who just want to provide their team with good food.
